Many references in the book to a kit supposedly available at GeoCities. Maybe it was.
Contact the author? Well the blog is still there but hasn't been updated since October 2 last year.
Some typos but nothing that wasn't obvious what was really meant.
It does gather info together that might take a few hours of searching to find. Probably useful for Kindle owners wanting to get their own writing up in the Kindle store.
